Cheese Making Classes

Last Saturday of every month from 10am to around 2. Bring a lunch. You will need to bring a large stock pot and thermometer to every class, and I will notify you beforehand of any additional equipment you will need every month, but much will be provided or available for purchase.

We will have cheese tasting at every class!

Classes have been postponed until the lock down opens up again.

Space limited to around 8. Sign ups will begin each month and you must be a member of the Copeland Family Farms farmshare in order to attend. These are YOUR cows. Materials will be handed out each class.
